Review arrangements for closure of A5209 Course Lane from 12th January 2009.

              c)   Consider position if visitors from Newburgh, Indiana arrive as part of the Sistership

Convention in Ireland during the summer.

d)   Consider request for financial support from North West Air Ambulance.

• e)       Approve continuation of Parish Council Allowances Scheme.
• f)         Agree process for reviewing the salary and hours of working of the Clerk.
• g)       Consider whether or not to continue paying for the play equipment inspection on KGV field.
