      Welcome Pack distribution update.

      Protection of village amenities update.

      Consider future arrangements for Christmas tree/lights.

      Carols on The Green, agree date for 2008 and again engage Coppull & Standish Brass Band.

      Consider involvement in the development of LCC Charter.

      Representation at Area Committee, 24th January 2008.

      Agree date and expenditure on Risk Assessment Training Evening.

      Dog faeces problems, particularly on Back Lane.

      c) Agree future payments to British Telecommunications by Direct Debit each quarter.

      d) Authorise essential work on the Play Area at an estimated cost of £258.

      e) Note internal audit and internal check reports.
