   Dear Resident,

 

Update on roadworks.

 

Due to efficiency, the highway re-surfacing work on the A5209 has been completed well ahead of schedule.

 

Hopefully, the major disruptions in recent times will not be repeated in the near future and the village can get back to some normality.

 

However, we have to report two other planned work, which may well affect some residents.

 

Spa Lane, Lathom.

Spa Lane will be closed from Monday, 9th February 2009 for a four week period.

Diversionary signing will be in place for anyone who uses this route

 

Back Lane, Newburgh, 20m either side of Spencers Bridge.

The swing bridge will be closed for deck repairs 0800hrs to 1700hrs daily from Monday, 23rd to Friday, 23rd February 2009.

Access will be available to Back Lane residents but for through traffic, diversionary signing will be in place.
